The Baltimore area is really an under appreciated jewel for cyclists
of all levels. From Patapsco Valley State Park's legendary single track
to the Baltimore county idyll of the Northern Central Rail Trail, there
is something for everyone.
The American Discovery Trail
The organization building a trail to link the coasts, with info on Maryland's trail.
The Baltimore & Annapolis Trail
A bike trail from Baltimore to Annapolis - you can use connections with the BWI trail to help you get there and make it more challenging.

BWI Trail 
Easy to reach - just south of the City.
Cabin John Trail 
Easy and scenic mountain biking in Bethesda.
Green Ridge State Park 
A great weekend camping trip with endless mountain bike trails.
The Gwynns Falls Trails 
A great green Baltimore City trail, "the Gwynns Falls Trail is a unique urban hiking and biking trail providing access to a scenic and historic greenway stream valley in Baltimore City."

Loch Raven Reservoir 
Park at the corner of Seminary and Dulaney Valley Road and ride miles
and miles of fire roads and single track.
Patapsco Valley State Park

Schaeffer Farms 
A regional favorite, well worth the one and a half hour drive to Germantown.
